Undaunted Courage › Graphic Novel I wrote and created artifacts for, to illustrate the journey of Gregory Marshall, a fictional hero of the Wild West. The goal was for the end product to make the reader feel as though they were watching a well-done film about the Wild West.
The process of this was very extensive, from writing the story to collecting real artifacts and creating original ones, the key to this project is resourcefulness. The purpose of the final book is to suspend the reader's disbelief that this is a fictional account of history.
UTILIZE MAGAZINE › A Magazine put together with a group of friends
These are the spreads for an article on the Urban Nomad Homeless Shelter.
The Urban Nomad is designed to rebrand people's idea of the homeless problem.
The shelters are brightly colored to bring any homeless person using them back into view of society. They are all made of inexpensive materials, and the intent is for them to be distributed freely or sold cheaply to people who have no shelter.
The headlines for this article were photographed, to emphasize the point that the homeless "fading" out of view of society. This is the concept that drove the original industrial design of the Urban Nomad shelter.
